Eek. It's beena LONG time since I've been on here, hasn't it?
Well, I have good reason. Are you sitting down? Are you medicated? OK.... I'm pregnant. I'm 16 weeks pregnant, in fact.
How did this happen? Well, really. ::rolls eyes:::
Remember that guy, "24"? The one that I said was too young for me and we worked together? And you all said "Oh Ponette, GO FOR IT!" I took your advice. And we have been annoying friends and relatives alike with our complete satisfaction over the choice we made.
We now live together in a cute little beach house in Encnitas, CA. When we discovred I'm pregnant,
it was quite a shock. Not exactly the plan. I went through the whole range of emotions and so did he. But I kept thinking of one thing: My plans NEVER go as I thought they would and my life is pretty freaking good.
I really don't have a good reason to not be a mother. Instead, I have lots of reasons to accept this bundle of joy and poop and worry and try to mold it into a lovely human being.
In short, I love my man. He loves me. And baby (due in February) makes three.
These are strange days, folks. I am attempting to mesh two very different worlds. ::Watch the amazing Ponette aa she attempts to combine Suicide Sexy with a basketball belly and ice cream cravings!::: Luckily, my skinny little bod is only growing in one area so far and that's the belly. Everyone has always told me that I will only look pregnant from the side. Let's hope they're right. I am vain. I am shallow sometimes.
