Everything is fine. My mom's out of the hospital and in a rehab to relearn how to use her left side. This was all expected and this is the positive next step.
The hospital was the one that f-ed things up, not the rehab. And we think they screwed up because she got there on the holidays and the docs kept passing her off to go on vacation. Whenever any of them spent more than five minutes with her, she got good care.
I was sick like a dog today. The vodka didn't help, but I think all the stressed got excised. In this case, through my mouth and into various toilets, trash cans and paper bags.
But I feel a bit better now. I'm just chilling out. I got the LOTR BluRay for myself for Xmas, so I'm just going to chill out here for a bit.
