hmm atheism? after giving it considerable thought I've decided that full time atheism is a larks game. Considering the wealth and diversity of all the different religions out there you'd have to be a fool to stick with only one full time. I prefer the flexibility of having many religions. Pastafarian or discordian for when it comes time to have a hard lined discussion with "true believers" (you can only begin to imagine the colors peoples faces become when you try to convince them that jesus was the son of the flying spaghetti monster and that he was really a midget). Jewish when I can find the right deli, theres something about ny style kosher thats just sits right in the stomach. Irish catholic on st. pattys day. Buddhist when I'm feeling zen or lazy, I get the two feelings confused often. and so on.
Given that due to the dogma of each religion you can convert at any time, there really is no spiritual downfall to my philosophy.
