Munich is so ALIVE right now, it makes my head spin. The Germans won their match last night and England is currently beating Paraguay -- there is no one on the streets as everyone is watching matches. People are here
from all over the world, wearing their country's flag colors in any way they can, walking the streets in packs singing football songs. The coolest, yo.

I like the Aussies -- they buy you beers just for having a nice rack (yay me!). They get a little grabby though, so you gotta watch 'em.

A woman on my layover flight gave me a Mexican national team blessing so I can take her blessing on behalf of her to Germany. I couldn't turn her down, she was a sweet old lady who wanted to cheer for her boys.

We are next to a lovely open air market, near the Marienplatz, which has an open air market with fruits, veggies, beer and sausages; a tall blue Maypole; and a HUGE working glockenspiel. We are near the gay neighborhood so lots of S&M and various sex shops. And the BEER is abundant and fucking delicious.

I'll get some proper photos once my eyes stop crossing and the jetlag wears off... I miss you crazy kids!
