Off to Cancun on Friday to check progress on hurricane recovery with my clients. Lots of stressful meetings, at the end I hike in Chichen Itza! Woo hoo! What are you doing this weekend? smile

Taro rocks! For me though, it really depends on how it is cooked. The one thing I learned about ancestors past though, is Taro contains flouride. Hardly any dead Cook Islanders have cavities.
