@missy @rambo @bloghomework This week's topic: What would you wish for if a genie granted you 3 wishes?
It's so hard to limit it to 3!
I remember as a child owning an Aladdin genie bottle and I used to rub it and make wishes all of the time! Never once did it work but it was still fun. So if I could really have 3 wishes granted I'd pick these:
1.) I'd wish to own and operate a successful NO kill animal sanctuary, that never shuts down. Kinda like a zoo. But I'd want cats and dogs and everything. I'm the biggest animal lover and try my hardest to rescue, foster, and re-home just about any animal I come across that needs it. I plan on going back to school and becoming a veterinarian so I'm one step closer.
2.) I'd wish for a lifetime supply of Baja Chicken chalupas. It sounds dumb but I know damn well that if I was put on the spot to make three wishes, that shit would just come out like word vomit. The taco bells where I am quit selling the damn Baja sauce and I wanted to cry. I have an unconditional, uncontrollable and unnatural obsession with Taco Bell. I'm not far from needing addiction counseling.
3.) My final wish would be for cures for every fatal or serious disease/illness. I have lost so many due to cancer. And seen so many others lose people they are close to due to not only cancer but other types of serious illnesses. It's so hard to cope with and so hard to be there for others when you really can never know what the right words to say are.
So there's my 3. It's not easy to choose three and I'll look back at this one day and probably have different views. But right now, these are on my mind.
