When I was younger I was obsessed with painting, drawing, even clay molding! But as I got older I stopped and then just hated everything I tried to do.. 4 years ago I took on the task of painting wine glasses and had a love hate relationship with the craft. I stopped doing that as well. I never expected to get back into doing anything artsy but two days ago a lady that bought wine glasses from me (4yrs ago) messaged me asking me to make her more glasses. I wanted to say no so bad but I didnt. I said yes. After 5 glasses and beating myself up about how bad they look, I'm actually loving it and can't put down the brush!
I went out today and went trash diving for some awesome glass pieces to paint. I am so ecstatic that I'm allowing myself to love my painting again. Hope to start selling again soon!!
