Today I lost my desk at work. All field staff (including myself) have to work from home. It really sucks to lose my 'place' but worse was that I had to pack my belongings in a cardboard box. While I was carting my box to my car I got all sorts of scared and sympathetic glances from other people who work in my building, I had to explain to the guy in the elevator I was not fired.
So now I have a huge cardboard box full of work shit including files I have to make a place for.
Looking at that box is depressing...So....I just threw a sheet over it, and will have to deal with it at 7 am tomorrow, when i first attempt to work from home.
