Soooo, been a while, huh?
Its a... Wednesday night, I think? I honestly have to check my calender for that, I'm just so damn busy recently. The move is in its final stages now, with 6 days to go until I leave. Its been a long time coming, with a set back thanks to some rather incompetent managers fumbling a simple transfer. I'm moving in with a wonderful young lady, a fellow bar staffer, and I'm going to be near my best friend, who I have dearly missed for two years. She recently got married too, to her wonderful partner, Chris. I think I've mentioned it before...
Work hasn't been as bad recently as it has been. My manager even told me that losing me will create a vacuum of experienced staff to back up the newer, less confident members. Which was kinda nice, but at the same time, a bit of a back handed complement.
I've put a hold on my drawings until I'm settled in, since getting time to actually sit down and work on anything decent has been a challenge. I've got a million ideas ready to be put to paper though, so I'm looking forward to that.
no fav sets this time, as I've been rather negligent in liking sets, even though there have been some fantastic ones going live (Zuriah immediately comes to mind...) Same goes for books and films and music. Maybe next time huh?
