Tuesday Tilt: 214.5lbs. 2lb loss recorded for the week. I guess tightening up and becoming more rigid worked last week. I think I'll continue to try to be as strict. 46 more days to try to get this down to 200lb before weighing out. Been doing 30 minutes consistently on my stationary bike. Going to aim to bump it up to 35 before the week ends. If everything feels steady after that I will shoot for 40.
I find one of the most annoying things is picking what music to listen to while riding for that long. Trying to narrow down more albums I wanna sit and listen though while pushing forward. Just not feeling some things on some days when I start pedaling to them.
