my lease is up in May.. as much as I like this area I'm thinking of finding a small house somewhere that has a yard. Apartments make me crazy!! Also I'm thinking of getting a dog sometime this summer. I have a couple different breeds in mind. I don't want a small toy sized dog I'd like large-medium size, a breed good with kids and has minimal shedding. So far i've been looking at American Standard Poodles. Yeah go ahead and LOL. (lol) my favorite alltime breed ever is the German Shepard. but not sure I'd want to handle the shedding. Also thinking of Chesapeke Bay Retriver. I know I could go to a shelter and check out mixed breeds for adoption. But I'd really like a purebred from a good legal, registered breeder.

As for Pups, I could see you with all three, but the most fitting (first that pops to my mind of the three) would be a Chessie.
