i managed to make a muscle in my ass ache from my thursday run. i found it funny, cause it only ached when i stood up and sat down, not when i walked tho. the pain has since gone away, but yeah. i didn't realize u could hurt u're ass from running. so, does anyone know how one could stretch that area out for my next run?
