life just becomes a blur sometimes...how do you make it stop?

i had a dream last night that a girl i had a crush on had an SG Cookbook in her kitchen. random.


caffine just doesn't work for me anymore, at least not the way it does for most people. so i have to quit again for my own good. it just leaves me with a higher heart rate and an uneasy feeling.

Last Sunday I made the stupid choice of drinking an entire pot of tea before I went to bed. I was finally tired enough to take a nap around 7am Monday morning, and I slept for maybe two hours.

i certainly understand about life being a blur. never seems to be enough time for everything that needs to dealt with. the upside to insomnia maybe - a few extra hours of vacation at the end of the day.

thank you for the comment (almost a month ago now) and im glad you found it interesting. The Prize is really a good history of the industry and helps sort out issues which are so often oversimplified.
