Weighed in today at 263.4 lbs, that's 43.6 lbs lost
since I started the 4 hour body Slow Carb, Atkins and CKD (Atkins modified for Athletes) diets on Jan 17th,
and that's despite "falling off the wagon" at least *20* times (damn you to hell - McBKFC!)
It's low enough now that I can start training for my goal which is running the Toronto Scotia Bank Marathon in October.
