Soooooo, it's Thursday and just two more days until Motley Crue. How many fantastic bands have I seen already this month?! There's just Led Zeppelin and The Doors (original lineups) and I've got the set.

Now movie of the day is 'Pandora's Box', which I've been meaning to watch for a very long time. Now stick with it for the first half hour, because after that this cheesy silent movie becomes more and more gritty. And Louise Brooks is amazing, the original SG.

Song of the Day: 'Hearts Alive' by Mastodon, which has reverberated round my head since I saw them on Sunday. Immense.

There is no book of the day as I haven't felt like mooning over a tome (nor reading one either, phnar, phnar) but how about 'Lulu in Hollywood' by Louise Brooks, to keep up the theme.

And after I've stayed up all night Saturday, I get to watch England hammer the Aussies at the County Ground. We're gonna take the Ashes back! Honest! Well, maybe.

Finally, on Moday it's time for more laser treatment on my tatts, oh rapture, I cannot wait.
