Yay, Stu finally gave me a penguin I heart penguins.

So my interview went awesomely! I got asked to go for a second interview ....but declined . I was absolutely disgusted at the way the interviewers were making fun of some of the people who were there, within hearing range, among other things. They way they were acting was terrible - unprofessional and inappropriate. It totally put me off. Trust me, I'll be kicking myself later for declining the interview.....I hate having such strong gut feelings, and I also hate being so picky, lol.

Have applied for few more positions - the one I am most hopeful for is a sales management position at Far Pavilions, another furniture store that was right next door to where I was in the Valley. Funnily enough, when I originally got my job at TOFS, I had had an interview with Far Pavilions at the same time, I was offered a job at both stores, but took TOFS cos they got in first. So I'm pretty confident I should be able to pick it up this time around. Also made an application for assistant manager at Cotton On. Fashion's not really my thing, though I would really love to break into the industry as it's a little bit more diverse and forgiving...

I can't believe people actually read this....lol... Since I've been bored again, I've gotten back into a bit of stuff I haven't touched in a few months... My poor violin has been getting a really good workout over the last couple of days, especially, and my paints and brushes have reappeared after being packed away for so long. *sigh*

So yeah... Board games at my house again on Sunday night - yay! I used to be soo good at Twister cos I'm fairly flexible and can squeeze myself anywhere, heehee - but I haven't played since I was about 16.. see how we go! Hope everyone can make it - msg me if you want details! and I found a "Save the Penguins" board game in Big W and I want it
