I'm sooo excitered... I finally found a lovely photographer who can shoot me some SG application pics...Yay! BUT I finallllly realllllly do have my back piece all sorted, just have to go see Cathy on Tuesday and get her to draw it up, and YES I am actually going to do it, rather than just talk about it as I have for the past few months cos I am sure I can afford it now. Me? Procrastinator? Never. So after my back is finished I shalll go and see Nikki again and see what she can do for me I have never been very photogenic...but I guess a professional photographer can do a much better job than an amatuer..we'll see how we go!

I found out in the past week that USA gauge sizes appear to be a lot bigger then they are here?? Or maybe I am imagining things. Both sets of pretty new plugs I bought were about 2mm bigger than the ones I bought here, so I had to stretch both sets of holes in my ears again... they just keep getting bigger and bigger, lol. So now I'm at a 0 and 2g.... I already wore my new dichro ones to work today and heaps of people commented Even the boss thought they were interesting, which is awesome cos he is really conservative...

I managed to get out twice this week, after not socializing technically since the end of March Had a nice night out with work people on Wednesday - Brisbane people I HIGHLY recommend Freestyle Tout at Newstead (right near where I work unfortunately), they specialize in yummmmy deserts and sweets. I had the hugest piece of the best cheesecake I have ever eaten Had a few nice glasses of European red supplied by the specialty wine store next door to Freestyle Tout... god I enjoyed it. Then Friday night went out for a friends birthday dinner.... had an okayish night but wasn't feeling particulary sociable as I was sooo tired and not drunk enough (until just before I left, lol!!), and was kinda feeling like shit seeing all the happy couples and me being the only single one there . Happened to meet a guy (friend of a friend) who I spent 5 years at kindy/primary school with; that was weird but kinda cool! Didn't really have anything exciting to tell each other, lol, so it made for a bit of forced conversation on both our parts I think. But the small amount of sociamalisation was good while it lasted and will do me out for a little bit longer I hope....
