Man I haven't blogged here in ages, kinda falls in line with any other online journal I've ever had (well almost). To be fair I tend to think I'm boring and that most of you out there in SG Land would be bored to hear me talk (or bitch) about stuff that happens when I'm at work and, being a worrier, re-write things many times because it might come across wrong. I do that with everything, emails, letters etc and it annoys me!
Anyway I figure that I should at least post something and update those of you who may be interested in what I'm up to. I guess the biggest things, well maybe the thing I'm most proud of, was doing and finishing the Great Weston Ride. This was a 56 mile cycle ride from Bristol to Weston-Super-Mare over the Mendips. It was wet, it was very, very wet. By the end my trainers and socks (that were white) looked like this:

Despite that though I had lots of fun and really enjoyed the ride so much so I've got three more rides lined up. In August I've got another ride round the Mendips though this time it's 70 miles. I then plan to cycle from Bristol to my parents place in Yorkshire which will be 220 miles (approx) and finally I'll be taking part in the London to Brighton ride in September, that's only 54 miles
It's going to be a fun couple of months!
