As a update on the dudette. She decided to come out to the Roch, but its looking like a pity 'date', if that... So to burn off some anger and disappointment I burned through a 3 mile run in about 20mins. Then to add to the night I just found out a good friend from highschool that lives down the street father passed away.

I know they say that when things are going good something bad has to happen, but I think I was ripped off on the good things and was hit stright with the bad.
