Happy Saint David's Day, everyone!!
It's March already and I am happy to see sunlight in the evening again. What is it, two or three more weeks until Daylight Savings? So ready for the Spring!

Well, I survived Alaska. Still recovering from the difference in time zones. Talk about an awesome trip! I'll be getting the pictures together this weekend, so hopefully I can get some posted soon. Let the city stress settle in again...

Oh man. Another year down. This weekend will be filled with celebration, without a doubt. Just found out one of my buddies is celebrating his dirty 30 today which will result in a merging of the masses. We'll all be meeting up for a Burlesque show at 9. It's the "Vaudeville Revue" at Red Palace and my first Burlesque show. I'm pretty excited to say...

In other news, I watched the DC firework show from my roof deck last night. It was quite specular. My view is of the entire District and...

Thanks for the support on my first set! <3
My Aunt just passed this to me today. Totally digging it.
Each second the Earth is struck hard
by four and a half pounds of sunlight.
Each second.
Try to imagine that.
No wonder deep shade is what the soul longs for,
And not, as we always thought, the light.
From "In Praise of Thomas Hardy" in Bye-and-Bye: Selected Late Poems.
