Short update, need to get to work. Geesh, back to work. I really like my research and all, but sometimes, when things don't work and there are no results and my whole student/PhD career wobbles on the slight chance of getting the next grant and blah blah bitch whine cheese. Anyway. Good, well kinda good news. It's a mixed bag.

And don't have a sad face by the one pound loss. You'll start to hit a plateau where it will be harder to lose actual weight because you are building muscle mass. I would look more at your body fat % and your measurements more than I would ever look at your actual weight.
