A nice trip to PA to visit the fam and some friends. Lost Ryans number, Cass wouldn't call me back, Kirk is MIA even to his own family (long stupid story) and Eric is in NJ, so the only close friend I got to see was Doug. Which was cool He gained like 25lbs since the last time I saw him. Mostly muscle. Looking good now. We went to the gym twice this week. Two good workouts. Measurement day is coming up this Sunday and I think the trip to PA hurt me more than helped.
Good times though.
Mom and Bill (Pop) got a new place in Mechanicsburg. Cute little place. Reminds me alot of the place I had in Pittsburgh once. Hell I lived 7 different places in 7 years in pittsburgh. Spent most of my time with my grandparents or parents just hanging out talking. I miss all of them. I need to schedule a trip back in October sometime. Since I have so many airline miles I'll just do a flight home and to NC separately. I did see Sidney and Kimmus there too. Just for a few hours but it was nice. Sidney's hair is soooo cute. Its short (to her ears) and we took her to a little carnival and then for ice cream at this place they have deer you can feed and pet.
On the way home I connected in Pittsburgh. I had a hour layover or so and so went and got some pizza. On my way back towards the gate I decided on some lemonade with lots o ice. Heading down the hallway I caught eye of this cute girl with dark eyeshadow and pretty red hair and nice braids. We saw each other looking at each other and smiled then walked on. After I got my lemonade I headed back to the gate and saw her standing in line for the same plane. A few hours before this I was on the phone to confirm my flight and decided to change my seats then. to window seats. Got on the plane and there she was right beside me. hmm. Her and I and another girl from Colorado Springs talked most of the flight home. Turns out she is from Vail and goes to school in NY and is home for the summer doing an internship thing at Fitzsimmons.... where I work/goto school. neat huh. well she took my number (asking me about apts and such) and maybe we'll see each other sometime inthe summer. Maybe. Anyway.
Geesh that was a lot of SG girls to catch up on.
I'm making some good friend s here in CO. I feel really good about that.
I'm in at the lab now. Just checking this and email and planning on writing an email to Irina telling her that I won't be in tomorrow. I need to get my schedule back on track with sleeping and all sorts of stuff. I couldn't get to sleep before 4am any night while I was in PA. I need to work on getting those tapes of baby Seneca and lots of other stuff on DVDs this weekend.
Bummed I missed the couch party and I see lots o peeps showed up to trivia this week. Maybe I should start training for a triathalon or something. After Seneca recovers and heals up good maybe we can do some agility stuff and compete later inthe summer. That or that pulling competition stuff I read about a while back. She's pretty darn stong.
After I get this DVD burner software dowloaded, I'm out of here. I didn't take any pics while I was home.
There's a good chance I'll be up all night tonight.

Too bad no pics... but that airport/plane young lady sounds off-the-hook how you described. Ooh yeah!
