Hello all... Apple pie from Costco is so yummy! Im about to have a big slice! Maybe I should go and buy some vanilla ice cream first... Nahhh. Too hungry!

Thanks for your words of encouragement. I'm on day 4 now of my no smoking regime. It's not going as great as I was hoping (last time I tried it was proper easy. I wasn't even fussed, and didn't teven think about it) But I've not relented and I'm still four days in without a cigarette!!! woot to me!!! *cheerleaders*
