I went running today...it was so muggy it was like running in a swamp...sucked ass....but I did the milage....

The measure of a man is what he does when no one else is looking....
The weather has been nice every day (one rain/hail storm that lasted about 10 minutes).
There are bike trails every where. Signs that tell motorists to share the road with bikes (even a designated riding lane on the road for bikes).
Most hills and grassy areas have a bike trail to, I've noticed.
