Today I did something I have never done before and got to eat something that I have not had in a long while....
I made fried catfish for the first time ever...I have had catfish before in my youth but I have never made it before...it turned out damn good....and that is no BS...next time I think I'll have some friends over and make a few side dishes...should prove to be a good time if you get invited... ;-)
I try once in a while to force myself to make something new to eat...and normally it turns out well... I enjoy cooking and I enjoy sharing my food too...
anyway things are going well hope you are having a great day as well...even though the weather is not the best around here...
