What about feeling? Do you worry about that too? I don't just mean, "I feel hungry." I'm talking about the big ones - spiritual experience, walking on air after a kiss, knowing you are loved when you sit down for a holiday meal with your family and really feeling it.

Over the past twenty-some years researchers at Princeton's PEAR lab have proven that our thoughts, our consciousness, has an effect on random events. Thinking is vitally important. Not just being socially or politically conscious, but conscious of yourself and how you want to live. Your thoughts create your reality - in truth. We've known this anecdotally through the experiences of say, cancer patients. Those who keep a positive outlook and good humor tend to survive it better (stay in remission longer - beat the sucker entirely) than those who resign themselves to the inevitability of death. But now it has been proven scientifically that by concentrating, a person can affect the otherwise random decay of a radioactive isotope.

Anyway, that's what I've been thinking about lately - how 'bout you?

I so dislike the color right now, but I can't change that yet...

hehehe...you know..I've been a member of myspace for like two or three years now..and I STILL don't know how to surf that stupid site! I've met one person off of there...I've met about 5 off of here...I could probably meet more if I really tried, but it's just hard to find time these days...I'm liking the tattoo! I'm going to be finally getting my very first tattoo in about three or four weeks! I'm so excited! I've been wanting one for soooooooooooooo long! It's not one of the two I've been hauling around in my purse for three or four years though...I told Vanny I want to get one of those done for Christmas...I don't want anything but one of those tattoos placed on my freakin body for crying out loud! They're starting to look all mangled and shit in my purse...pretty soon the tattoo artist won't even be able to tell what the hell it is he's supposed to be putting on my body! LOL

So... how many have you been through thus far?

Is it ok if I stay in and do something I like? There is something I've been practicing, and I think I'm getting close to succeeding! I'll let you know if I do.
