Ow... my brain feels all squishy. Damn website! I have no idea how to set this thing up... see my profile for what I'm talking about. The background image keeps tiling, and I want the scale to adjust as you adjust the window-- and I know that's possible, dammit! But it either tiles, or I get no background image.
Then I want to have my images open up into a gallery-- like they do here, open into a separate window and then whatever you click on, it goes to that window and you can hit forward or back through the images without going back and forth between pages.
I'd also like to have a little News blog field on the entry page. You know, one of those little nested windows that have their own scrollbar but the window itself is always the same size.
I have no idea how to do any of this crap, and trying to figure it out by feel is SO not working.
I have to go read boring manuals for this, I bet.
But I'm going to the Castle (hopefully, maybe) tomorrow, then the Faint concert June 1st, then to Virginia on the 2nd! Where my sister's bellydancing event is on the 4th, that I got suckered into doing promotional art for. So I have a lot to look forward to.

And I know I said I wouldn't submit to SG again, but this summer I've got an artist who I trust to take good pics, then to VA where I have a chance of getting together with Idjiit, then I'm going to Seattle and I could probably wrangle out a side trip to Portland to beg audience with London, so I'm very tempted. Aside from that, I'm doing an Adam and Eve photoshoot that I'm really excited about and has my brain working hard in the photography vein. Damn. I'm going to send another set in before the end of the summer, aren't I?

the windows you speak of are called Frames.
i'm not sure how to do them, but i don't think they're complicated.
as for the galleries, i don't know bout that one.
