Thank all of you so much for your comments! If I didn't respond directly, it's only because I'm an antisocial bitch.

Well, looks like I'm going to be out of commission for a while in August. The second of my two dogs I had growing up is going to have to be put down before the end of summer. It feels like we just lost the first one. But I'm going home to NoVa for a weekend to say goodbye.

But, on the up side, I received my acceptance letter the day after I sent in my app. I've done everything but shoot the set now and I have a what I think is a wonderful idea for it, though a little "artsy". But I'll be shooting part of it myself and partly Tom will, under my strict instruction. If the quality isn't what it should be (I haven't done any real photo work since high school, although I won an award for it then) then I'll just grab one of the photobugs from school.

You needed to know all that. I know you did.

I might sign up for the Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. The interesting thing is that my school organizes a trip every year as well and my school is TINY. So I'll probably catch a ride on the school bus, show up in lingerie and wander away from my friends to join the group with all the tattooed girls making out. Am I the only one that finds that a little funny? "What? Oh... I'm just going... I'll be... BYE!!"
