this morning when i woke up i was in the baking mood
so i made this:
(its whole wheat apple bread)


i also decided to pick up some tasty cupcakes


and then proceeded to work out like a maniac...
thats about all the fun tid-bits i have to share today....nothing too exciting, but Halloween is coming up. i really hope i have something fun to do! i predict fantastic adventures in the near future
