I Hate Snow! Just had to get that out.
Anyway, so I got one of the clerks at the store written up for being a dumbass and skipping out to go to starbucks with a girl he likes for 40 minutes while we were slammed. Now, normally it would have been just he and I but luckily another manager came in to pick up some hours but we were still WAAAAY slammed and it was unprofessional for him to just leave. He has been the weak link in the store for months. We only have 2 clerks and 5 managers in that store. everyone needs to do as much as they can and work hard yet he doesn't. He is friends with me, my boyfriend (who is also a manager in the store) and another manager at the store and he takes those friendships for granted and slacks. He thinks the store and the job is just an excuse to chill out and hang and it annoys me because I love my job. There are tons of people who would kill for his job. We have almost a hundred applications waiting for a call, this is one of the best paying sales jobs i've ever had.

i hate snow too! i called off work yesterday and then my work ended up cancelling today, i'll take 2 days off though! i think we got like 10 inches of snow out here, this is just crazy. im ready for spring, how bout you?

I LOVE SNOW!!! I get to stay all bundled up with you with no electricity, watching "little miss sunshine" on my laptop as we try to stay warm...a new priceless memory
