Oh glorious Saturday!
I spent a wonderful evening wining and dining with my lovely new policeman friend. He is so very lovely.
I cooked one of my signature dishes, chicken stuffed with cream cheese, sundried tomatoes, pesto and porcini mushrooms. All wrapped up in a slice of smoked bacon. How could he resist?!
Sat and watched Dog Soldiers, top film! I love Spooney! One of the best dying lines in a film ever! Then viewed Two packets and the The Mighty Boosh before retiring to bed and snuggling up in each others arms. Woke up to his beaming smile looking down at me this morning. Remembered then how much I've missed having a special person in my life. But it is early days so taking things nice and slow.
Today will be spent with our friend from London who is coing over for an evening of drinking and merriment and then tomorrow will be spent studying and preparing for my history exam on Monday night. Not looking forward to that one little bit! But it must be done.
I get the results of whether I've been shortlisted for interview for my degree funding on Monday when I get to work! Scarey stuff! Interview should be alright, just depends on which parts of our government services need people with degrees more as to who gets the funding. Just think, if I get it, I'll be paid a working wage to go to university and my degree will be funded too! How awesome?! Still got everything crossed so looking very much like a pretzel at present.

I also used to keep a spare pink sock in there, in case the one that was holding the exhaust on fell off.
