Long, long, long day today! Headed off to Kent at 09:00 this morning. Got to my first appoitment about 11:15, stayed an hour and then off to the next one. Got there about 13:15. Stayed for 45 mins. Got to my next appointment at 14:50 after driving up and down the same bastarding road for twenty minutes trying to find bastarding number 38!!!
Eventually turns out that the number is displayed on the side of the house away from the road! Just to confuse mortals like me. Tried ringing christ only knos how many times but no answer. Eventually find it and tell them their phone isn't working. 'Oh, sorry, we were in the loft.' Gee, that's useful!!
Left there after an hour, roadworks on the M25 and the M3 so pulled into Farnborough about 18:00, just in time for three hours of History on my Access course. Soooo tired now!
BUT there is a happy ending!
A package was waiting on the stairs for me. Guess what was in it? Go on, have a guess....
All my beautiful new things from SG! Beautiful, beautiful things! Much, much happier Sparkle now.
Hell, if I'm not allowed to be a Suicide Girl (work would fire me!) then I'm sure as hell gonna show my appreciation!
