So I'm aware of the holiday season everywhere around me, however, I"m completely unable to purchase any gifts this year. I just finished a letter to my friends, saying.. "hey, don't get me anything this year, because I can't get you anything."

I just got my car back. Dropped $1,000 on that. It's nice to have now, instead of the fucking rental car. So my bank account is again at zero! Isn't that fantastic?! While people may be wishing for Ipods, and fancy boots, snowmobiles, and cell phones, cameras and computers, here's what tops my list for my wish list.

My Christmas Wishlist

• toilet paper


• light bulbs


• gift cards to grocery stores


• socks


• toothpaste and new toothbrush


• stamps


• long sleeve shirts


• contact solution


• dish and fabric detergent


• refridgerator containers for left overs


• no seriously.. socks. mine have holes in every pair


• gift certificates to fabric stores so I can make curtains to keep cold out


• non-teflon cooking pots (the teflon is flaking into the food, because the boys i live with think that it's ok to use metal silverware in teflon pots, wtf?!)


• trash bags


• lotion

And if you're at all inclined... for reals, these are the things I want for Christmas yo.

Pretty pathetic, eh? Oh well. Things will get better. My boyfriend just got a job at a really exclusive, high end spa retreat place here in Portland. It's really fancy, and he'll be making twice as much as me. I'm really happy for him, he's been waiting a long time for a massage gig like this, so I'm hoping it's everything he wants from it. Plus it will be nice, because maybe he'll do more grocery shopping and paying heat/electricity bills, and I can do more gyno/puppy/car insurance/paying back my parents bills.

The calendar should be on it's way any day now. I think the deadline for the art was extended a few extra days, because we're a few images short. I'm hoping it will be ready soon! For those of you who don't know, the Pistolita Art Jammers are helping to put together a calendar for me, for fundraising, so that I can get some treatment for my cervical cancer issues. Yay! I'm completely humbled by their charity. It means a lot to me. Hopefully it will be ready soon, and you can purchase one for your holiday gift giving, or perhaps for yourself to welcome in the New Year!!! A full year of images of me, drawn by my fabulous friends who have been more than kind. I"m very excited. The pieces I've seen so far have been fantastic.
