Shadows awake the spirit within
Dark parrells of sorrow
From whence there is no escape
Blackness eats at my mind
So weakened by innocence lost
Till finally the darkness succeeds

The end is near
Of what I cannot say
Or even the time that I have left
Lost now are my thoughts
Swimming in a sea of regret
Drowning in the waters of pain

The shell remains the same
But the inside dies for something new
As I faintly drift away I leave a message
Be aware of one self
For only then will the end bring closure
To let the new live free
