Well, I got to meet my cousin yesterday for the first time. She is 19 months old and absolutely adorable. One of those really cute kids and she's already talking pretty well. Of course, her mom is a college professor and her dad is (still) a student. It's great seeing them again but it also means that I am momentarily displaced as the kid needs her own room. So, I get to crash on the couch at my best friends place. It's kinda wierd seeing him all domesticated. His girlfriend (and her two cats) moved in and they bought a dog together. It's different but cool.
My little sister (one of them, the youngest) is in town for spring break. She's about to finish her first year at Marist College in P-town, NY. She seems to like it alot and she's doing really well. My brother comes in on Thursday night, taking some vacation from his job in DC, so the kids will be hitting the bars on friday night. Best thing about that is when we get too plastered to drive anywhere we can crash at one of my other sisters condos downtown. hehehe.
Went looking at motorcycles the other day. Very tempting. The new Yamaha R-1 in black (or Raven, as they call it) would be a kick ass bike! That's the ideal bike for me. Now it's just a matter of funds. If it were just the bike, no problem, but there's also the insurance. Not so good. Totally understandable but still... Insurance for the bike I have right now is about $100.00 a YEAR. The R-1 is $200.00 a MONTH! Bloody fucking hell!!! Can't quite afford that with the Jeep payments and insurance for the Jeep. And then there's the matter of health insurance, as I have none at the moment... I hate fucking insurance.
