Big bullets and fast 13 year olds...
Yay!!! Back in Colorado. Hasn't changed much, really. There are WAY more cops than I have ever seen. Could be the whole labor day thing but I just dunno. Sure takes the fun outta cruising on the bike.
Interesting day today. No longer a pasty white boy, now I'm a cooked lobster boy. DOH!!! Forgot the sunscreen...
whoops. But got the rifle all put together and ready to zero at the range. It's sweet! Going to be lots of fun. Then hung out with Bob, an old buddy from way back. Visited him "on the job" which is him at the racetrack teaching a 13 year old girl how to race go-karts. Now, when I day go-kart, don't think of those super dinky, slow things you drive around the little track at the fair, no these are REAL karts and they'll do around 120mph. hehehe. Tons of fun!!! She's like the second fastest on the track, too. The track record is officially 41 seconds and during testing tonight, at the end of the night when it was cool (which means the tires don't grip as well and you go slower) she was pulling 40.7's and her best so far is a 40.2. She rocks. And her goal is to drive F1 and that is totally awesome. Then beers and pizza and meeting cute hostesses at Old C's. Now it's time to crash. Still haven't gotten over the jet lag and shit yet.

First flight....they put a hole in the ice on landing. Yep, not frozen all the way through. Massive suckage. Had one plane boomerang today.
