I have a lawyer friend of the family, so fees for going after debt collectors wouldn't be too much. Oh, and if I have to sue the landlord, I can sue for 3 times the amount of my deposit, court fees and lawyer fees. Since she didn't get us anything before 60 days (as per her lease) of our vacating the premesis, she has no ground and will lose in court. I'm guessing I'll get my money next week.
