MY 3 FAVORITE Misfits lines right now
1. Cemetery of the white love ghoul yeah
2. They bred the hate right in your fucking bones
3. Moments like this never last
Played The Uptown in Oaktown lastnight. Got to meet Quinne, and Roach. I noticed Quinne on here a few months, and thought she was cool cuz she's actually a punk rocker. Not just some dopey poser ass model on here with a few tats. Roach was neat too. I just imagine it being some kids mom's worst nightmare, him saying, "this is my girlfriend Roach." There is just something neat and 80s movie-like, in a chick with the nickname Roach. I got a good vibe from them for sure.
The location of The Uptown is the funniest thing I've seen in the bay area. It's right next to a black booty shakin club. So you have all these punks, greasers, and rock and roll weirdos passin by sistas with attitude. I appreciate that sort of clashing. I'm sure a few them get a case of vanilla fever and grab a tat'd up sickboy once in a while.
I also had to deal with a heckling beggar lady. The reason I'm addressing this is because there used to be a time in this country when bums would see a punk rocker, and know we didn't have shit for em. Maybe I need a patch that says "I'm a punk, fuck you!" I just need to leave shows in large groups of evil looking people, and that should deter any fucking lectures I get in broken English from crackheads.
I like living in Inner Sunset, because I never have to hear sirens, jackhammers, or step out the front door into general mayhem like downtown, but now I feel like living out here is kind of thwarting the whole adventurous aspect of living in this city. I lived in North beach for a while, and I would go to Coit Tower every night, just for a night chill. It's kinda creepy up there at night, and there's a chainlink fence hat you can see the city through, and it just makes me feel like I'm in horror movie, especially when I descend and see that church at night. I don't know the streets around here, I just know landmarks.
I have this free time to ramble cuz AnnieCruz and Devvilboy666 are doing their 2nd independent bdsm themed film and I've just been relaxing all day with my pups.

eugene:
By no means am I a member of the punk school, but the "I'm a punk, fuck you!" patch... Awesome. I have a few mates back east that needs a couple of those for their jackets.
