Completely uninhibited, not afraid to speak her mind.....and in general it's obvious she could give a fuck less what mainstream society considers appropriate. Carrying the torch that was handed down from the legendary days of Madonna, Miley is taking everything harder and faster, utilizing social media and everything at her disposal.
