I wasn't sure how I'd do for the Asics 10k today
I said to my dad and sister if I could do it under 2hrs I'd be happy
We walked to the toilet before we went to the start line and there was no toilet roll in the portaloo!! I had to unravel an empty toilet roll and use it as tissue. Lovely!
I managed the first 200yrds with my twin sister before she decided I was going too fast so we split up.
I listened to my music and managed a PB of 8.37/mi
Race Number 40690, Overall Position 3930, Chip Time 1hr 11mins
I'm pleased I finished without dropping dead! Please sponsor me http://www.justgiving.com/Emma-Moore4

Congrats on your run! I just started myself, so far, trying to figure out how not to blow my knees while doing high-impact activities
