In case you're interested in such things: I highly recommend World War Z: The Abridged Audio Book for your next road trip or long drive. I recently made a trip up to Birmingham, Alabama to visit a friend, and this audio book was a sanity saver!



Granted, it is not the complete World War Z novel (which I adore and re-read occasionally), but the voice acting is top notch, and you get all of the best chapters (except the story of what happened to North Korea, which should have been included). It's five discs long, which adds up to about 5-6 hours.

Furthermore, Max Brooks--author of WWZ and the Zombie Survival Guide--reprises his role as the interviewer. Which I think is neat.
