I have a terrible habit of going to bed later and later each day until I'm going to sleep at 7,8,9 AM and sleeping until dusk. I've been trying to break the habit myself, but nothing works. 
Even staying up through the next day to get back on track doesn't work. I eventually start falling out off rhythm again. Oh well. I just prefer to be awake at night and sleep during the day!
