I went kayaking today. I had a great time!!!!!! Went for 2 hours. Now my shoulders hurt from not using those muscles all the time.

Now your making me paranoid about my spleen! I never did go to the ER. The nose is fine, by the way. The area I hit in the abdomen was swelled up yesterday, but all the swelling was gone this morning, and I was left with a good bruise. It was more groin to tell you the truth, like right near the fold of my leg on the left side. I really don't think anything is wrong, but maybe I'll see my PC naext week. Thanks for responding!
