Yesterday i realised alot of people in Bristol are idiots... mostly working in shops...
BayTrading 2 tops back with a valid reciept.... No we can only give you this price back for them coz they're inthe sale.... No you give me the full amount back - I have the reciept... She did, but still moaned.

Don't get me started on O2... Grrrr

Then the Ticket shop in town... I'll have 2 of those tickets please..... Oh they're sold out...... Well dont you think you should remove them fom your list then..... Idiot!

Bah... so i went to Forbidden Planet and bought 5 & 6 of the Preacher graphic novel, where they were Very Helpful!

Today is a lush sunny day... i'm doing washing and playing with the kids.... Saturday we're going to Alton Towers for a friends Birthday!

I think I'm the only person in the world who's had brilliant customer service from O2! I like to casually mention that I'm thinking about switching to another network on a regular basis - they tend to panic and make my contract cheaper than it should be. biggrin
