I'm ill. Woke up at around 7am.... threw up. Then threw up pretty much every hour til about 4pm, sleeping in between.

I was so looking forward to being in Brum tonight, and i feel really bad that i've ruined Mikes day off to. So i'm not really a happy bunny. I don't think i'll be sick again, but i'm weak as a kitten.... weaker even, Mim beat me in an arm wrestle. I hope i feel better tomorrow.
