So Tim called me late and offered me some free Stars tickets. Although it was an hours notice i would be a total bitch to skip out on it. The Oilers got totally schooled... a great night for us.

Keeping with my cheapness i didn't start drinking until after the game. Went back to chat with Timmo at July Alley (ask for him by name) and had one too many drinks. At some point i met Ryan the new DP singer... seems like a good dude... tough shoes to fill.

So that was my day before the birthday... tonight will be a "family thing.
