I forgot how strong I can be... I went to the gym today and was just working out a little. Mostly doing light weight lifting and did the bike for about 30 minutes. I decided to see if I could still bench heavy stuff... nothing too much. First I did about 90, then 110, and then 130... THEN I realized I didn't add the weight of the bar... so I did 145 lbs 5 times... hahahahaha wow... I only weigh 130 lbs...
Now I'm sore...
I have an appointment to get my hip, knee, and shoulder looked at since they are all kinda off..
I'm also leaving on a trip Thursday morning to a secret location because... it's a secret..
