Hooray sun. Boo work.
We finally seem to be getting a healthy dose of UV in this gloom, and my daylight hours are booked solid in two buildings. Rats. Fair enough. I will say when this weather finally does hold, I plan to be out in it as much as humanly possible while still working full time. If there is one thing I've noticed about myself (my moods in particular) as I age, it's that they are directly connected with something as simple as just being able to stand outside, breathe in, and not enter the first stage of hypothermia. I know, I'm living in the wrong state, right? True, but this is where I landed, and I've got a few things to finish up before I leave. Besides, I do actually like it here sometimes.
::breathes in:: Ahh...almost.

If I wasn't born and raised here with close family ties, I'd be walking the equator right now looking for a place to live. If you get too bummed, they say a tanning booth every once in awhile provides a healthy dose of Vitamin D -- at least enough for a pick-me-up. Note, "every once in awhile". Don't go gettin' leathery or worse -- crispy!
