So today I did a 5k 'colour run' in a little Nottinghamshire town called Southwell, it was a big thing for me because I've never done one before, was always interested but had never been fit enough to do one. Now I am! And whilst 43 minutes might be relatively average to slow for a 5k, I did it, I finished and I didn't die! So win win all around, bring on the next one! Progress all the way for Pierre! 😁👍
