Hey this is funny, we've actually entered a time where we actually DON'T want an elected politician to follow through with all the stuff they promised to do. I think on my last trip back from Canada I flew through a wormhole and entered a parallel dimension! Topsyturvey land! The twilight zone! Who knows.

So, I've been feeling rather blue these last couple of days so tonight I'm having some nice food, one or two glasses of something alcoholic and I'm going to watch Django Unchained which I've never seen before. Perhaps tomorrow my mood will be better, life inexorably moves forward and so must we all.

So I'm in Canada visiting family there with my dad, we decided to do a little sight seeing beforehand though, niagra falls...it's slightly damp there

That delightful poncho there, that does not help...not even slightly. Good job it was a sunny day so we could dry off. Would I go again? Not without a raincoat and some wellies!!

Today my 'training day' involved driving around some of the sights of London and peering at some giraffes. All in all 8 hours well spent even if I did have to drive around in uniform in an un-airconditioned yellow mini bus.

Oh and this is a pub called 'The Famous Cock' because at heart i am a small child. Tee hee
